Outset Design was originally engaged by the owners of this large block in Clapham, to design and construct a new home for their young family. This four bedroom home features four bathrooms, a generous open plan living, dining and kitchen which opens onto the outdoor entertaining overlooking the Greenwell Landscaped garden.

At the front of the home, the main bedroom suite is serviced by a large dressing room and ensuite featuring his and hers basins. The tiles used in the shower alcove were chosen to create a raw and natural feel.

Three courtyards were integrated into the design of the main structure of the home which, along with the front and rear gardens, allows every room of the house to have its own unique view and natural light. Sandstone and western red cedar were used throughout the structure. These natural elements soften and give warmth to the building.
